My Physical and Emotional Wellbeing Packages are three or six week courses that focus on the client and how they can make a few small but significant adjustments to help reduce symptoms of stress and make daily life more manageable.

This package consists of three or six 60 minute sessions, which will ideally be taken weekly or fortnightly, and is tailored to suit your individual needs.
During each session we will use breathing, visualisation and relaxation exercises together with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping which is a gentle, simple and effective relaxation technique that can help to calm you so that you can address bothersome thoughts and emotions. It involves tapping on meridian end points on the face, body and hands (a bit like acupuncture but without the needles) whilst thinking about, or tuning in to your problem, this helps to re-balance and clear the body's energy system. Consultations can take place at the Clinic or on-line via Zoom.
3 or 6 Session Package for Physical & Emotional Wellbeing
Combining the wonders of Reflexology and EFT One 90 minute session per week or fortnight for either three or six sessions. During the course, we will work on physical and emotional issues that may be holding you back by using Reflexology to balance the systems of the body and emotional freedom techniques, relaxation and visulisation exercises to ease stress and clear emotional blocks and negative thought patterns. Completely tailored to suit the individual needs of each client.
Appointments for this package take place at the Clinic.
It is thought that a lot of our negative and limiting beliefs are formed before we are six years old. This could be as a result of an accident, trauma or bad experience that leads us to believe certain things, such as 'I am bad' or 'I'm not safe', 'the world is a dangerous place', 'I'm not good enough'. Our subconscious mind stores these memories and beliefs, some don't bother us at all, but others will be re-run on a daily basis, this can result in holding us back from doing things we really want to do or manifesting in pain or disease in the body or phobias.
If you could overcome your negative emotions and the limiting beliefs, how different would your life look? It might sound a bit unbelievable or even unachievable, but that in itself is a limiting belief ... surely anything is possible if we believe it is, right?
When I did my training in EFT, I had a chronic bird phobia and have had for as long as I can remember. Picnics, taking my children to feed to ducks, days out at the coast were blighted by my fear of birds, I spent many a time sitting in the car eating fish & chips by myself whilst my husband and boys sat on the beach. It didn't matter how big or small the bird was, or even if it was dead or alive, the feeling was the same. A grip of fear in my stomach, a creepy crawly feeling that consumed my whole body, my only way out was to run away. Does this sound familiar? Since working on my fear, it is so much better, I still have some work to do in this area, but the majority of the fear has gone.
This is just one small example of what can be resolved with EFT.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping is a gentle, simple and effective relaxation technique that can help to calm you so that you can address bothersome thoughts and emotions. It involves tapping on meridian end points on the face, body and hands (a bit like acupuncture but without the needles) whilst thinking about, or tuning in to your problem, this helps to re-balance and clear the body's energy system. It sounds a bit strange and some people feel a bit silly when they first try it, but what have you got to lose apart from those bad feelings and emotions.
