I also like to use this blend of essential oils in a Bath & Shower Gel especially at the end of a long day, it is also incredibly relaxing when used in a massage oil.

This is the blend I go to if I need to be nurtured, it gives me a sense of feeling safe and protected, a real cuddle in a bottle.
Used in a massage oil, this blend is a firm favourite with my clients.
The benefits of this blend is that it clears the airways – it can be helpful for runners and singers, may also help with snoring! It helps to stop runny nose so can be great for colds and hayfever. It also helps to encourage mental and emotional focus.

Not suitable to use in the first 6 months of pregnancy
