Therapies and Products
I offer treatments in:-
I take a holistic approach to massage therapy, focusing on the mind-body connection and treating the whole person. My goal is to help my clients achieve balance and harmony in their lives through the healing power of touch.
I also make a unique range of handmade products to support my clients during and between treatments. I am in the process of upgrading my on-line shop, if you are interested in purchasing any of my products, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss your requirements.
I enjoy listening to and helping people and am very passionate about supporting my clients to overcome physical and emotional challenges. Especially those who are struggling to relax or suffering with stress or anxiety or going through a major transition in their lives, such as adjusting when children leave home to go to university or physical changes such as the menopause.
How Can I help You
Sometimes people who are stressed just need someone to listen, 'a problem shared is a problem halved'. They might be afraid of being judged or upsetting people close to them by revealing how they really feel. All of the therapies I offer may help to relieve symptoms of stress, promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. It is amazing just how much difference taking some time out for yourself can make.
- Massage can help to target aches & pains and is incredibly relaxing. I use carefully selected blends of essential oils for that extra special touch.
- Reflexology can help to balance the systems of the body and encourage the body's healing process to begin.

You will find prices for basic treatments on my website, but I believe each person's journey to find balance and wellbeing in their life is as individual as they are, therefore all treatments can be adapted to suit your specific needs. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
I respect people’s individuality which is reflected in my treatments and provide a relaxed, non-judgmental environment so they can feel safe. My wish for my clients is that they can enjoy their treatment and not have to focus on anything apart from relaxation.
